This four-day introductory course is designed to teach Massage Therapists how to provide a safe and effective barefoot Swedish Massage using single-footed strokes to posterior and anterior areas of the body.
This course will include the roots of barefoot massage, cautions and contraindications, foot hygiene, safe body mechanics, draping and bar installation. As the groundwork of the barefoot strokes are mastered we will also discuss clinical applications of these techniques to common conditions encountered in your practice.
During the training you will have the opportunity to receive all strokes from your instructor which gives you and your training partner the best opportunity for learning and mastery. You will also have the chance to treat multiple guest clients and receive feedback on your technique.
Course Package fee includes four eight-hour days of in-class instruction, online access to all videos for review and the certification process fee.
